Overview: I do owe a great deal of thanks to my wife for taking the time to take most of these pictures for me. My hands were dirty thus rendering me unable to use the camera. If I even tried, it would be bad news for me.

Time Saving Tip: Coat dough with a lot of flour so that it does not stick to your hands. Once it does, it is very difficult to get it off.
